What is our Self-Exclusion option?

We allow users to implement their own daily spending limits when entering out competitions to ensure responsible pay. Participation in our competitions should be a pleasurable activity. If you believe that you're spending excessive time or money on our competitions, or if it's affecting your well-being, you can apply a daily limit to your account for your protection.

How Does It Work?

 

1. Initiation: Navigate to the ‘My Profile' section of your account, found under ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the option to set a daily deposit limit for yourself. This will be in place for 24 hours after the limit has been set. 
2. Refrain from Creating New Accounts: If you reach your daily deposit limit it's essential to resist the urge to create new accounts.
