Alternative Free Entry
The Company provides a free method of entry for all Competitions. To enter a competition using the free postal entry method, Entrants must send a handwritten postcard to Car Reg Competitions Ltd registered office. This must contain the Entrant's full personal details, contact details and their account number, which will have been assigned to them upon their account creation, alongside the chosen Competition they wish to enter.
Postal Entry Procedure for Competitions: You can enter by post, but you will first have to register an account with us. To enter a competition via postal entry, participants must adhere to the following guidelines: Preparation of Entry: On an enclosed postcard, clearly write at the top your FULL NAME and EMAIL, as found in your Car Reg Competitions Ltd account profile. Entrants are solely responsible to ensure that their account information that they have provided is correct. This includes but is not limited to their residential address, date of birth, and contact phone number.
Postcard Details: Entrants must ensure they include the following details:
Full Name
Address
Date of Birth
Contact Phone Number
Specific Full Name of the Competition (as displayed on the Car Reg Competitions Ltd website)
Your chosen REG number you wish to enter.
Sending Your Entry: Mail the postcard using either 1st or 2nd class post to: Car Reg Competitions Ltd, The Pump House, Shepley Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JW. We will not accept any hand delivered letters.
Limitations: Only one free entry per postcard, per competition. Do not send multiple entries in one envelope. These will not be eligible to be entered in any competitions and as a result they will not be counted.
Number Allocation: Random ticket numbers will be allocated to the chosen registration number. These ticket numbers will be randomly generated from the ticket numbers available at the time of processing.
Entry Deadline: Postal entries must be received by the closing date and closing time shown on each Draw in order for it to be processed before the specified competition end time which is listed as ‘start date’ on the relevant competition page to allow for correct and sufficient processing. Late entries or those for sold-out or already drawn prizes will not be counted. Car Reg Competitions Ltd is not responsible for delays in postal service, therefore we advise that if users wish to enter a competition they must send entries well in advance to account for postal delivery times and any delays. Postal entries received after the closing date and closing time will not be entered into the Draw. Successful postal entries will appear on your account.
Entry Disposal: After an entry has been received and processed, all postal entries, including any late or ineligible entries, will be securely shredded and disposed of.
Equal Treatment of Entries: Postal entries will be treated equally to online entries and included in the draw in the same manner.
Fair Use: If we suspect an that a user is attempting to enter competitions under multiple names and or addresses, all associated entries with this user will be voided.
Duplicate Entries: If your chosen registration number has already been entered into your chosen competition before your postal entry has arrived and is processed and registered, then your entry will not be accepted and will be deemed as ineligible.
Terms and Conditions: Standard competition terms and conditions apply to postal entries.
Account Matching: You must be registered as a customer on our website with the same name as on your entry. Entries that do not match up with a previously registered account will not be eligible for entry and discarded. You can register for an account at https://www.carregcompetitions.co.uk.
